Der Spielerrat ist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle Spieler unseres Teams. Er funktioniert dabei ähnlich wie ein Klassensprecher in der Schule: als Bindeglied zwischen Mannschaft und Organisation.

Die Mitglieder des Spielerrats haben ein offenes Ohr für Anliegen, Ideen oder Probleme innerhalb des Teams und vertreten diese gesammelt nach außen. Gleichzeitig bringen sie wichtige Informationen aus dem Vereinsumfeld zurück in die Mannschaft und sorgen so für einen offenen und konstruktiven Austausch.

Naben dieser vermittelnden Rolle übernimmt der Spielerrat auch kleinere organisatorische Aufgaben innerhalb des Vereinslebens. Dabei handelt er stets im Sinne der Mannschaft, ist jedoch kein Teil des Vorstands, sondern agiert bewusst aus der Mitte der Spieler heraus.

Ziel des Spielerrats ist es, das Miteinander zu stärken, die Kommunikation zu verbessern und aktiv zu einem positiven Team- und Vereinsklima beizutragen.

The player leadership group is the central point of contact for all players in our team. It functions similarly to a class representative at school: as a link between the team and the organisation.

The members of the player leadership group are open to concerns, ideas or problems within the team and represent these collectively to the club administration. At the same time, they bring important information from the club environment back to the team, thus ensuring an open and constructive exchange.

In addition to this role as a mediator, the player leadership group also takes on smaller organisational tasks within the club. It always acts in the interests of the team, but is not part of the board, instead deliberately operating from within the players' ranks.

The aim of the player leadership group is to strengthen team spirit, improve communication and actively contribute to a positive team and club atmosphere.
